Mary has a strong background in marketing strategy and insights. She began her marketing career at Leo Burnett doing strategy and analytics for Altria and Kellogg. She advanced her analytical and strategic capabilities at Kohl’s Department Stores where she helped pilot a loyalty program and advance consumer insights. In 2013, Mary began working at MillerCoors where she led the market research and consumer insights on Miller Lite and supported various other brands. While at MillerCoors she also led talent and workforce analytics, helping MillerCoors plan for their future workforce needs by uncovering data-driven insights.
Mary joined a2i in 2016 to help lead strategy for one of the agency’s largest clients.
Mary graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Theology. She received her master’s degree in social psychology from the University of Chicago.
