access2insight (a2i) develops and implements data-driven strategies that enable marketers to make better decisions and build stronger direct relationships with consumers. Our team has unique experience applying rigorous analytic approaches in less “data-rich” environments (ex: Consumer Packaged Goods) and for clients in the early stages of understanding and leveraging their data. We address a variety of client needs, focusing primarily on i) end-to-end CRM solutions; ii) data-driven strategies; and iii) sales + marketing integration.

In late 2012 we founded a2i, leaving a larger organization to start one that embodied our vision of how to treat clients and employees while building an enduring, high-growth business. We have quickly built a roster of industry-leading clients within CPG, Retail, Healthcare, and Hospitality and continue to grow at a fast pace.


We’re adding to our team and seek bright, analytical, driven individuals to our Chicago team. We need versatile team members eager to take on different roles as we grow, with responsibilities across our practice areas.

  •  Data-Driven Strategy
    • Analyze client data (primarily in SAS) and develop strategies to address client business needs 
    • Develop and automate reporting to assess marketing campaign performance
    • Partner with our modeling / execution specialists to ensure strategies are properly implemented
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and lead associated implementation efforts
  •  Predictive Modeling / Segmentation
    • Help identify opportunities for predictive modeling to enhance strategies
    • Assist throughout the model-building process (ex: data preparation, model validation/scoring)
  • Marketing Operations and Execution
    •  Manage vendors and partners, ensuring data quality and adherence to appropriate processes
    • Utilize campaign management and other tools (ex: Unica) to build out and execute marketing strategies


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s with focus on analytic / quantitative skills
  •  Experience or interest in learning:
    • Programming (SAS, SQL, Visual Basic)
    •  Campaign management tools
    • Leveraging data to improve business result
