Our team has unique experience applying rigorous analytic approaches in less “data-rich” environments (ex: Consumer Packaged Goods) and for clients in the early stages of understanding and leveraging their data. access to Insight (a2i) is looking for motivated individuals to help with our growing organization. Our clients are among the world's largest CPG brands and we need to manage and execute their CRM campaigns. Our increased need has come from organic and new growth amongst our clients and we need energetic and qualified people to help run campaigns, interact with brand strategy, diagnose issues and work closely with internal team members.   • Job Description

    • Ensure high quality and error free implementation, testing and QA of email marketing campaigns within various platforms

    • Develop cutting-edge, automated campaign solutions meeting client business requirements

    • Provide exemplary customer service while setting and maintaining client expectations

    • Develop and implement client campaign processes

    • Provide ongoing business updates to key internal stakeholders


  • Experience in the email marketing or interactive marketing industry

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative

  • Ideal candidate will be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize across clients and/or projects

  • Strong knowledge and experience using third party email applications (e.g. Unica, SalesForce, Adobe, Harmony, SilverPop, Marketo, and Eloqua) and SQL coding skill

  • Experience with CRM campaigns, onboarding campaigns, reactivation campaigns, and content newsletters

  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience; experience with pivot tables a plus

  • 3+ years of experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience

  • Knowledge of HTML and/or scripting languages (ex: Freemarker or PERL)
