Kristy has more than 15 years of experience in CRM, brand strategy, and database design and build. She started her career working within the Customer Insights Group at Accenture (then known as Andersen Consulting). While at Accenture, she delivered against CRM objectives for Ford Motor Company, Duke Energy, and AT&T. In 2003 she moved to Leo Burnett to join the emerging optimization practice. At Burnett she delivered database and CRM work for Altria and the Kellogg Company. Kristy is proficient in SAS, SPSS, Visual Basic, Visio, various email service provider tools, various database reporting tools and all Microsoft products.
Kristy currently leads several client relationships for a2i and contributes as a strategic expert across the entire business.
Kristy graduated from Eastern Illinois University with degrees in marketing, French and German. During her undergraduate studies, she spent a year studying in Germany at the University of Cologne. Kristy also has her MBA in Marketing and Management of Technology from Syracuse University.
